Spreading the Joy of Music

We are a non-profit group with over 30 years of experience performing and teaching music in the East San Francisco Bay. We have seen first hand the benefits music has provided our community. Please help us in our continued effort to spread of joy of music.

Padroeia Festival

This is a religious festival for us, by us. It’s modest and helps build our community. The event is free and all are welcome.

Our Lady of Fatima

A rosary will be held at our hall nightly, at 7pm, from Thursday the 21st through Saturday the 23rd. There will be a candle light vigil following the rosary on Saturday night.

Sunday the 24th will start at 1pm with a Catholic mass at our hall. Mass will be followed with a short parade, BBQ chicken lunch, auction, and concert.

Bacalhau (salted cod) Dinner

Cod fish, salted and preserved for shipping from norther Atlantic waters, is a staple of Portuguese cuisine. Even though you can’t find cod swimming off the coasts of Portugal, this fish has found a way to become the Portuguese national dish.

We’ll be cooking some by traditional means and we’d like you to join us. Take a trip back to the Portuguese golden age and find out how their taste buds fell in love with a foreign fish.
